Just a reminder - Save the Date - July 13th
Mini-Reunion - July 13, 2013 - Hudson

 


A mini-reunion for the Class of '66 is scheduled for July 13, 2013 in Hudson.  No formal invitations, no reservations, just spread the word and come if you are in the area.  Anyone who can hold a golf club is welcome to play in the scramble that will begin at 2pm at Evergreen. Contact Aaron Salinas for golf - 517.448.8053. Cost for 9 holes and a cart is $10.  (Be sure to thank Matt Shaffer for that great deal!)  After golf we will gather at Butch's about 4PM.  Bring a favorite snack to share and catch up with classmates.

Dan Fike

Daniel Ray Fike, age 66 years of Hudson, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, April 16, 2013, at Bixby Medical Center in Adrian. Dan was born on June 13, 1946, in Hudson, the son of Ray Donald and Pauline (Adams) Fike. He married Karen Sue Terrill on July 19, 1969, in Hudson. She survives. Dan retired from Hutchinson of Reading. He also worked at L&N Manufacturing in Hudson, and Wayne Production Broach in Morenci. Dan enjoyed hunting and spending time in his garden.
Dan is survived by his wife; Karen and daughter; Amie (George) Binion of Hudson, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters; Darlene McGee and Patricia Fike. In accordance with Dan's wishes cremation has taken place and no public services are being planned at this time. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brown-Van Hemert Funeral Home in Hudson.

Dean Rowe funeral

Dean Charles Rowe of Gail Hart Road, Rockholds, Kentucky departed this life on Friday, April 12, 2013 at Baptist Health in Corbin, Kentucky. He was 65 years, 6 months, and 22 days of age. He was born on September 20, 1947 in Hudson, Michigan to the late Egnor Rowe and Beatrice Day Rowe. He was a member of the Rockholds Volunteer Fire Department for over three years and a member of Three Point Volunteer Fire Department for over three years. He was a veteran of the United States Navy having served during Vietnam.

He is survived by his wife, Donna McIntire of Rockholds, Kentucky; four daughters, Angela Gritmaker (David) of Sand Creek, Michigan, Jean Carr (Hershel) of Williamsburg, Kentucky, Lisa Siler (Greg) of Williamsburg, Kentucky and Anne Rowe of Hudson, Michigan; four sons, Anthony Rowe (April) of Hudson, Michigan, Allen Dolleny (Michelle) of Jackson, Michigan, Josh Tice of Adrian, Michigan and Christopher Tice of Adrian, Michigan; 24 grandchildren; one great grandchild; and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.

Visitation will be from 2:00 P.M. until the funeral hour on Tuesday, April 16, 2012 at Croley Funeral Home.

The Funeral Service will be at 4:00 P.M. Tuesday, April 16, 2013, 2013 at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Deon Meadows, Chaplain Alice Truman, Asst. Chief Larry Todd and Jean Carr officiating. Military Honors will be conducted by the American Legion Post #88 of Corbin, Kentucky.
